Professional diversity is an integral part of LVMH’s culture. “The complementariness and richness born of diversity are a competitive factor for the Group and its Maisons,” said Chantal Gaemperle, Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Synergies.
LVMH has been working for several years to promote the professional development of women in all functions and at all levels of the organization. 74% of the total workforce, 61% of managers and 36% of the members of the Executive Committees of the Maisons are women.
The signing took place during the course of a day devoted to the development of talent, which gathered 150 leaders and high flyers.
