SheInside recently launched its designer-recruitment program worldwide in order to diversify its product variety.
It's a new and novel attempt through which SheInside wants to show that they're not just an ordinary online store, but with special features and offering not only clothing, but also organic ideas and best services.
SheInside has started recruiting designers across the globe, and more than 50 designers joined this competition in 24 hours. They offer design ideas and drafts, and if the designs are chosen, SheInside will turn them into clothing.
This is called C2B new business mode by SheInside, in which all the designers are expected to become SheInside designers because they want to fulfill their dreams.
"These designers are young, creative and energetic. I like to work with them, and hopefully they can become our partners," said Mr Xu, Founder and CEO of sheinside.com.
"SheInside is not just a company, moreover, it's a platform. We want to work with people around the world as long as they would like to. This is a win-win thing."
Since its foundation, the company has grown and achieved 50% YOY growth and did over 50 million in revenue in 2012. In order to develop more styles, SheInside decided to work with designers across the globe.
