Gurvinder Arora hosts model hunt & fashion show in Karnal

A contest Mr. and Miss. Karnal was organized on the same day to find hidden talent from non-metropolitan cities and promote them. The show started with introduction round of contestants all dressed in formals.

Second round was again contestant’s Indan Ethnic round. And the final round was question answer round. After that Mr. and Miss Karnal were judged. The judges were fashion designer Gurvinder Arora and renowned model Karishma Shendil.

After the contest, Delhi models Karishma Shendil, Menakshi Chaudhary, Kajal Chaudhary, Ronnie Bhaumik, Priya Tyagi, Pawan  Bhati, Atul Kumar, Arun Sharma etc. walked the ramp in designer Gurvinder Arora’s  collections.

Gurvinder Arora’s  Kaftan Collection was mostly in georgettes, chiffons and silk with a combination of delicate hand and machine embroidery on them.

The Kaftan round started with 5 ft 11 inches tall Menakshi Chaudhary walking the ramp in fuchsia colour kaftan surrounded by four male models, and then followed by other models. The second round of Gurvinder’s collection was Indian ethnic round and third collection was leisure wear collection.

The main motive of organizing this contest and show in Karnal was to promote fashion in non metropolitan cities of India and also to find hidden talents.
