Whistles brand gets entry in LFW's official calendar

After showcasing its collections consecutively for two seasons at the London Fashion Week LFW, the British high-street retailer Whistles has finally got entry into the event’s official on-schedule calendar.
For the very first time, the famous party dress purveyor will stage a fall-2014 presentation as an official entrant at the London event, which is scheduled from February 14 to 18, 2014.
The retailer will present its collection on February 17, 2014, alongside other brands like Burberry Prorsum, Erdem, Tom Ford and Issa, at the LFW.
Since its maiden catwalk debut at London Fashion Week’s February 2013 edition, the brand has been on a constant upward swing. Recently in June, 2013, the label forayed in the markets of Hong Kong and China.
Other than its rapid overseas expansion, the womenswear label is also gearing up to introduce menswear in the coming months.
Started in 2008, Whistles, which is known for covetable cocktail dresses, occasion wear and luxurious knitwear, operates more than 40 stores across Britain.
