Buyers, designers and industry insiders from more than 14 countries will attend the upcoming fourth season of the American fashion revelry Fashion Week Las Vegas 2014 (FWLV).

Slated to be held from February 17 to 21, 2014, the event will feature several ready-to-wear, swimwear and resortwear collections, for both men and women, from labels like Afriq Expressions, Divine Endowments, DH Studios and Chris Ber’y.

Alpaca Couture, the Wisconsin-based clothier, is going to make its international debut with its new collection ‘Freedom’. Designed by the brand’s 50-year-old Wales-born creative director Antonella Commatteo, the 15-piece handcrafted line includes nine female and six male ensembles, made from silk, chiffon, taffeta and the label’s signature alpaca wool, derived from the domesticated llama lookalike American camelid.

Other than Alpaca Couture, new emerging names like Kristina Berezhneva from Russia, Mohamed Benchellal (Netherlands), Olga Blanc (Republic of Moldova), Fionne Nguyen (Vietnam) and Daniel Hernandez from Boston will also showcase their designs at the glamorous soiree.

In addition to style-studded runway presentations, the five-day-long bi-annual event, which would coincide with the largest apparel convention in the world Market Week, will also feature private buyers lounge and showroom.
