Milan Fashion Week to feature 65 catwalk shows

More than 65 catwalk shows from some of the biggest names in the international prêt-à-porter industry will be staged at the forthcoming Italian fashion revelry Milan Fashion Week.
 
Slated to be held from February 19 to 24, 2014, the event will be opened by designers like Angelo Marani, Simonetta Ravizza, Byblos, Frankie Morello, Fay and Alberta Ferretti.
 
Famous labels like Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Jil Sander, Emilio Pucci, Versace, Emporio Armani and Marni will feature two shows each over a period of six days.
 
One of the major attractions of Milano Moda Donna will be American fashion designer Jeremy Scott’s debut collection as the creative director of Italian brand Moschino.
 
Other than the high octane runway shows by globally famous designers, several events and competitions will also be organized for the new emerging talents.
