Organized by the export and tourism promotion board of Peru (PromPeru), with support from the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (COMEXPERU), the three-day fair is touted as the main event of the Peruvian fashion industry, showcasing the best of Peruvian export supply in apparel and footwear.

The main objective of hosting the fair is to promote direct contact between Peruvian export companies and international buyers from various countries. The fair aims to provide a solid business platform for Peruvian entrepreneurs in the textile, apparel, alpaca, and leather and footwear sectors to establish business contacts with major importing companies from all over the world.

With the aim of promoting and establishing business relations with national as well as international buyers, this year the fair would also see participation from several micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), from different regions of the country, including Pasco region.

The fair is expected to gather more than 9,000 visitors from 45 different countries, and more than 350 exhibitors would be showcasing their latest products during the three-day event.

The edition would also feature a contest for several young designers from the country titled ‘Young Creators to the World’, to provide them a platform to present their creations. Around 15 young designers would be showcasing their collections during the fair.

Exhibitors at the fair would be displaying various products including textiles, alpaca products, leather goods, apparel and accessories, and footwear.
