The display includes a series of eclectic designs, featured on a 30-metre-long winding catwalk, from nearly 16 designers including Mille Collines (Rwanda), Kreyann (Cameroon), Sophie Zinga (Senegal), Intisaar (Zimbabwe), Project Mental (Angola), Ituen Basi (Nigeria), Maki Oh (Nigeria), Laduma Ngxokolo (South Africa), Daniele Tamaguni (Congo/Italy), Anna Ngann Yonn (Cameroon/ Paris), Mikuti (Kenya/ USA), Namsa Leuba (Guinea/ Switzerland), Kluk CGDT (South Africa), ChiChia (London/Tanzania), David Tlale (South Africa), Jared Hurwitz (South Africa) and Jim Chuchu (Kenya).

With an aim to give an insight into the past, present and future of African fashion in the global platform, the exhibited items include exquisite apparel innovations replete with traditional waxprint, beadwork, les sapeurs and hand knits.
