GFW title sponsor hosts star- studded pop-up shop

VIPs from the fashion industry came together to toast the stars of the future at Graduate Fashion Week’s awards show 2014 presented by Zoe Hardman, on 3rd June, 2014.
 
To celebrate, George the title sponsor of GFW for the fourth consecutive year hosted an exclusive pop-up shop that was open to customers throughout the four-day event. The shop showcased some of the new collections for SS14 from George, as well as limited edition designer ‘G21 Talent’ collections from last year’s George Gold Award winner Lauren Smith and award winner Francesca Calabrese.
 
A host of celebrities including models Amber le Bon, Diana Vickers and Sam Faiers, stopped by to show their support for the initiative and check out the George pop-up shop. The front row also included some of fashions finest: Henry Conway, Zandra Rhodes, Lilah Parsons, Jeff Banks, Hilary Alexander and Amy Willerton to name but a few.
 
Fiona Lambert, George Vice President said, “Every year, Graduate Fashion Week astounds us with its calibre of young design talent and wealth of creativity. The event provides a great platform for us to help nurture the next generation of fashion talent, offer them a variety of opportunities and also encourage them to consider the endless possibilities of working for a big retailer such as George. It’s great to have so many industry insiders, well known figures and even celebrities showing their support for this event and making the George Pop up Shop and GFW such a great success.”
