Licensing Expo, the world's largest and most influential annual trade show dedicated to licensing and brand extensions, will take place June 17-19 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.

As the fastest growing category of licensed merchandise, fashion and lifestyle brands offer an exciting opportunity for licensees and retailers to gain immediate demand and credibility in an increasingly competitive marketplace. In its second year on the Licensing Expo floor, the Fashion & Lifestyle zone delivers celebrity fashion tastemakers, lifestyle leaders and new niche brands that offer a distinct point of view.

This year, celebrity fashion brand exhibitors include kathy ireland Worldwide, Hawk by Tony Hawk, ale by alessandra from model Alessandra Ambrosio, Justin Timberlake's William Rast brand and House of Harlow 1960, Nicole Richie's contemporary fashion brand. Richie will also address Licensing Expo attendees in The Big Interview Q&A session on Tuesday, June 17.

"It is a great honor to return to Licensing Expo in the Fashion & Lifestyle zone," said Kathy Ireland, chair, chief executive officer and chief designer, kathy ireland Worldwide. "Licensing Expo is the intersection of fashion, merchandise, retail and brand building. This powerful event has been very successful for our company, in new relationships and strengthening our retail partnerships. We look forward to this year's Expo as we expand our intellectual properties with new and iconic offerings. We believe Licensing Expo 2014 will be extraordinary!"

Established leaders in fashion licensing will also be on the show floor and include Authentic Brands Group, which will showcase its Marilyn Monroe, Judith Leiber, Juicy Couture, Elvis Presley, Hickey Freeman and Adrianne Vittadini brands. Joining Authentic Brands Group will be Crocs; Von Dutch; Members Only; Admiral Sports; Old Guys Rule; Maui & Sons; Cherokee; Sequential Brands Group, who will bring William Rast; Ellen Tracy; Caribbean Joe; DVS; Heelys; Revo; and more.

"Licensing Expo provides us with the opportunity to meet with both our current domestic and international licensing partners outside of New York, while providing the opportunity to showcase our portfolio of eight global brands to potential new licensees and discuss new partnership opportunities," says Rick Platt, group president, Sequential Brands Group.

Licensing Expo is the largest tradeshow dedicated to brand, character, entertainment, fashion and art licensing and showcases more than 5,000 brands and properties.
