FDDI declares opening tech career

Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) under Ministry of Industries and Commerce, Government of India, Noida has invited applications for a two-year postgraduate (PG) and three-year undergraduate courses.
Course includes creative designing, retail management, footwear technology and management, leather goods and accessories design, Fashion Merchandising & Retail Management besides Footwear Technology.
Institute will admit candidates for One Year short term courses in Retail Sales Management & Footwear Technology, a PIB handout said.
The written admission tests will be held nation wide on 17th, 18th and 19th June, 2006.
The application forms can be obtained from the website.
The brochure can be obtained from selected branches of UTI Bank or directly from the Institute on payment of Rs.1000/- in the form of demand draft issued in favour of FDDI, payable at New Delhi.
FDDI is the first training Institute to achieve the prestigious ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
