Clothing label Talitha, under the aesthetic guidance of its creative director Cecilia Hernández, featured a marine life-inspired range. Made using chiffon, silk and taffeta materials, the crab and octopus adorned kaftans and kimonos were based in shades of scarlet red, blue cornflower, navy and pink.
Inspired from eastern and western cultures, the designer Benito Fernandez showcased a fusion of silhouettes from both parts of the globe in his latest presentation. Crafted from vinyl and satin, the ensembles were enhanced with flowery prints in tones of yellow, red, orange and white.
Nicolas Bertolo and Anita Nava, the designers behind Urenko, featured a geometric pattern heavy collection. Based on oversized silhouettes, the line was made from pima cotton, twill, gauze and silk fabrics in blue, black and white hues.
Designer Paula Ledesma’s show was inspired from fishing nets, ropes, knots and fish. Divided into two major looks-haute couture and streetwear, the range was made using raw cotton, silk and Peruvian Pima cotton. The line was a mish-mash of smartly layered as well as crochet and mesh defined pieces in white, nude, black, grey-tinged blue and purple colours.
