Franklin Eugene launches ambitious people inspired line

The luxury menswear brand Franklin Eugene has launched a new Fall-Winter 2015/2016 collection inspired by extraordinary people who with the sheer force of their ambition and talent have made impossible possible.

Entitled Franklin Eugene Peerless, the range includes an array of bespoke couture and ready-to-wear men’s clothing in different silhouettes suitable for dressy casual, corporate and formal occasions.

Based on a palette of slate grey, blazing red and jet black, the line is made using 24 karat gold thread woven superfine 100 per cent worsted wool fabrics and exquisite quality silk and cotton yarns.

Standouts from the collection include an eight-button, double-breasted waistcoat (The Arthur), and a trench coat-inspired tuxedo, The Rit Johnson, featuring an ankle length black wool crepe jacket with eight button arm cuffs, black satin detailing and Swarovski diamond cut embellishments with coordinating trousers.

The line also includes a stylish array of red tuxedo jackets.

Speaking about the range, the brand’s eponymous designer, Franklin Eugene, states, “The hallmarks of this Peerless Collection are the trench coat inspired suits and the blazing red tuxedo jackets. I hope the fans, brand loyalists, and new friends love them as much as I do.”

Founded in 2005, Franklin Eugene operates though offices in the US, Italy and Middle East (Dubai). The brand’s designs, which are sold online and through authorized retailers worldwide, are manufactured in the designer’s atelier in Italy and Savile Row Dubai. Apart from creating haute couture suits for men, the label also specialises in men’s ready-to-wear clothing and Italian leather accessories for both genders. (PB)
