Vero Moda to showcase at WWDMAGIC, Las Vegas

Danish fashion brand Vero Moda is prepping up to showcase its latest creations at the upcoming edition of womenswear dedicated trade event WWDMAGIC, due to take place from February 17 to 19, 2015 in Las Vegas.

In a bid to strengthen its foothold in the US market, the label, which has just opened its first office in New York this January, will feature freshest contemporary clothing and accessories collections directly from Scandinavia at the Nevada fair.

Apart from participating in major trade events and launching new offices in the country, the fast fashion maker has also entered into online collaborations with leading American retailers like Macy’s, Lord and Taylor, and Nordstrom.

Held as part of the global fashion marketplace Magic, WWDMAGIC highlights latest in junior’s and women’s fashions. The event, which will see brands including Skintone Clothing, Too Fast Apparel and Versus by Versace, will serve as a platform for fashion buyers to view and analyze the current trends in the industry.

Scheduled to run concurrently with WWDMAGIC, the garment trade fair Magic comprises ten unique communities showcasing the latest trends in men’s, women’s, juniors’ and children’s apparel, footwear, accessories and manufacturing.

The fair will be divided into segments like- WWDMAGIC WHITE (which caters for the mature women’s market), Project (highlights premium denim and designer collections from lifestyle brands), loungewear and fashion-forward streetwear.

Also seminars covering topics ranging from ‘How do smaller players find production both in the U.S. and abroad’ to ‘How to increase sales by upgrading the way you do business’ will also be hosted on the sidelines of fashion exhibits. (PB)
