India-based formalwear brand Park Avenue has recently launched a spring/summer collection, created using fabrics from The Woolmark Company, at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi.

The ready-to-wear label showcased an array of sharp, cutting-edge looks, based on soft-tailored constructions, in a wide spectrum of colours ranging from white, cobalt, navy, grey and black to soft pastel shades of blues, pinks and greens.

Replete with refined sleek cuts, minimalistic detailing and slim-fit silhouettes, the lightweight fabrics made range has taken inspiration from macro trends across the globe including mariners, sportswear, indigo and metallics.

“The latest collection provides the perfect combination of style and verve with distinctive designs and a gamut of colours to our consumers. Fine fabrics such as All Wool, Wool Silk, Wool linen and Wool cotton blends have been translated into single breast 1/2 button jacket with stylised slim notch, peak and shawl lapels,” brand director Hetal Kotak revealed while commenting on the latest assortment in a press release.

“Park Avenue has always focused on offering its consumers fashion forward formals with functional innovations such as wrinkle free, non-iron shirts, super-crease trousers, nano-tech suits, machine washable suits and zero gravity series thus making their life easier,” Kotak elaborated on the label’s previous groundbreaking innovations.
