From June 19-21, APEX-Brasil (Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) will promote the “Brasil Oggi: Passione per lo Stile” project (Brazil Today: Passion for Style, in English), a series of actions to take the Brazilian fashion to Italy and to stimulate business between Brazilian companies and Italian buyers.
The project in Milan is organized in partnership with four sectorial institutions – Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (ABIT), Brazilian Association of Shoe Manufacturers (Abicalçados), Brazilian Association of Fashion Designers and the Brazilian Jewellery and Gems Trade Association – IBGM.
The 25 companies taking part in the project expect to negotiate US$ 1.5 million during the event and US$ 6 million during the next 12 months.
Brasil Oggi: Passione per lo Stile” comprises an exhibition, important Brazilian brands fashion shows and business rounds between Brazilian and Italian businessmen.
