Local style explores Arab countries

It is a great achievement for Luana Soares, who created beachwear brand Flor de Menta, to penetrate into the conservative Arabian market.

Luana established the Flor de Menta brand, in Rio Grande do Sul, which specializes in beachwear. The company concentrates on export-type bikinis and the sizes range from extra small to extra large.

The beach wears she creates embrace embroidery, crochet, lace and are of different lovable shades. The product has a fresh, comfortable and feminine appearance.

She was successful in selling the Brazilian bikinis in Egypt. She is already exporting her products in Chile, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, the United States, France, Portugal and South Africa. She also wants to capture the market of United Arab Emirates.

Luana will be inaugurating a store in Xangri-Lá, a beach in Rio Grande do Sul, in December in a partnership with two other brands, one for gym wear and the other for lingerie.

Along with the bikinis, Flor de Menta has a line of accessories, such as skirts, sarongs, pants, gowns, caps, shorts, key chains and flip flops.
