ASEAN summit to see Barong designs of Jean Goulbourn

The Barong Tagalog is an embroidered official attire of the Filipinos designed by Jean Goulbourn.
All the male and female delegates who will attend the 12th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit have decided to wear this native wear at the customary group photo session.
Jean Goulbourn will be styling the participating leaders with her innovative Barong designs.
She created this Barong Tagalog using a local handwoven fabric made from pineapple fibres.
The theme of her creation was same as Asean theme 'One caring and sharing community'.
