Fashion Rio for Winter 2007 season to be held in Jan

The dates for the Fashion Rio Winter 2007 and the Official Calendar of Brazilian Fashion – São Paulo Fashion Week have just been confirmed.

Fashion Rio, which opens the Winter 2007 season, will be held between January 14 and 19. Like in the previous edition, the fashion shows will be held at Marina da Glória. The organization of the event has yet to define the brands and stylists who will comprise the line up. However, the fashion shows by the children's brand Lilia Ripilica and stylist Walter Rodrigues have already been confirmed for the first day.

The Business Exchange – Fashion Business will be held parallel to the event. ABIT, through the Texbrasil Program and with the support of APEX-Brasil, will bring international journalists and buyers to Fashion Rio/Fashion Business.

The São Paulo Fashion Week will once again be held in the Bienal Foundation building, in the state capital. The 22nd edition of the event will be held from January 24 to 29. Like with Fashion Rio, they have yet to announce the brands that will participate in the SPFW.
