Of the five 2004 wins, two were USGA national championship sanctioned events, making him only the fourth male golfer in history to accomplish such a feat in a calendar year.
A native of Puyallup, Washington, Ryan competes exclusively in the company's products including Oakley's SAW, GRAIN and O PANTS as well as various Oakley golf polo style shirts.
Ryan wears Oakley's BOW TYE golf shoes and most recently the new Oakley ZIP TYE golf shoe scheduled for public release in fall 2005. For optimal optic clarity he prefers Oakley HALF JACKETS and SQUARE WIRES eyewear.
