Local brands remain favourites of CEOs

In a survey on the brands favoured by executives, most of them preferred local brands compared to foreign ones.

Survey was conducted on 105 CEOs of the top 500 companies and they were asked to choose the brand which they favoured.

Most of the respondents preferred local brands because they tend to be loyal to their favourites.

In ranking, LG Fashion's Daks was placed on top by 35 votes from CEOs, followed by Cheil Industries' Galaxy with 29 and Rogatis with 8 votes.

Famous brands like Giorgio Armani and Burberry were only able to grab one vote from CEOs.

In shoes category, Kumkang was favourite brand for sixty participants, increase in popularity by 16 percent compared to pervious year. Other local brands highly ranked were Esquire and Elcanto.
