Outstanding apparel and accessories provider Superior Uniform Group Inc's Gerald M. Benstock, Chairman of the Board announced that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $.135 per share, payable August 12, 2005, to shareholders of record August 1, 2005.
