Designers to be armed with Intellectual Property Rights

In this age of imitation and plagiarism, the need of the hour is to educate budding Indian fashion designers, about Intellectual Property Rights which is being discussed so intensely today amongst professionals.
The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI)-India's apex fashion body - organised an interactive session with this purpose with Krishna Sahai, Advisor, FDCI, Shwetasree Majumder, Senior Associate and Ishani Sahiwal, Associate from Anand and Anand Advocates, member designers of FDCI and the media on Thursday.
This seminar will be part of further such seminars to be held in future by FDCI to enlighten its important stakeholders, about their duties as well as responsibilities, regarding IPR, informed Krishna Sahai.
