The purpose of the "Only Watch 2005" project is to put together a collection of unique timepieces made by the world's 34 finest watchmaking brands. The entire proceeds of the sale of this exceptional collection, organised by Antiquorum, will go to the Monegasque Association against Duchenne's Muscular Distrophy (AMCM).
The “Only Watch 2005” collection will tour the world from 15 July, starting with Porto CervoHong Kong, Paris, London, Geneva and ending in Monaco with the Auction “Only Watch 2005” at the Monaco Yacht Show on September 22nd 2005.
Duchenne's Muscular Distrophy is a serious hereditary disease which affects boys across the world. It is caused by a defect of the dystrophic gene. The muscles gradually weaken because muscular cells break and die. One boy out of 3,500 suffers from this condition.
