Ohio based branded footwear retailer DSW Inc announced that its second quarter earnings will be reported at 4:00 PM Eastern time on September 7, 2005. Peter Horvath, EVP and Chief Operating Officer, and Douglas Probst, SVP and Chief Financial Officer, will conduct a conference call to discuss the Company's performance and accept questions at 5:00 PM Eastern time on that date.
