INDITEX BOD declares new Senior Management structure

Largest fashion group INDITEX the Board of Directors (BOD) has approved a new Senior Management structure, which includes the creation of seven corporate Managing Directions reporting to the CEO. José Mª Castellano remains as the non executive Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Three new members have joined the senior management of the Group: José María Druet (41), who was so far the Human Resources Director at Hannover International, will join as Human Resources Managing Director; Jesús Echevarría (43), so far Communication Director for Spain at Altadis will join as Communication and Institutional Relationships Managing Director, and Gabriel Moneo (45), formerly Information Technologies Director at Banco Popular, will join as Information Technologies Managing Director.
Spain's famous fashion group Inditex is one of the worlds largest fashion distributors, with eight sales formats -Zara, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home y Kiddy's Class- boasting 2.428 stores in 58 countries. The Inditex Group is comprised of over one hundred companies associated with the business of textile design, manufacturing and distribution.
