Pod signs deal to dispose off property

Leading fashionwear Pod in a release said, a conditional agreement has been signed for the sale of the property at 172 Magnesium Drive, Brisbane, formerly occupied by Logan Textiles, for A$5.3 million plus GST. The property is now surplus to requirements.
The conditional agreement is due to go unconditional by 23rd December 2005. After allowing for all costs involved, the company expects a gain on sale of A$1.8 million.
