Two amazing comebacks at NY Fashion Week!

The New York Fashion Week (NFW) will begin on February 1 and will continue till 8. This time around there is two comebacks to look for. Firstly, the admirers of Erin Wasson have a reason to smile! She has made a smooth shift from being a famous model to jewellery designer, her collection will be displayed.

Erin, spokesperson for Maybelline had earlier styled Alexander Wang's spring 2008 fashion show. But now she has come up with her own jewels for Wang's fall 2008/09 show.

The designs are going to leave the onlookers breathless. The pieces are not to be flaunted over the garment, but they will be worn inside. The purpose behind this is to let pieces peep through the cuts of the garment or slip through the vests.

Secondly, Australian designers Sass & Bide will hit the catwalk. They were away for two-seasons from the NY runway. It will be a comeback with a bang for Heidi Middleton, who battled her way through cancer last year.

Middleton and her designing partner Sarah-Jane Clarke have dedicated next week's show to Kate, one of Heidi's friends, who, sadly, became the victim of this fatal disease.
