US based fashion designer Company Perry Ellis International Inc announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with the Miami Dolphins and Dolphins Stadium to promote the company's brands at Dolphins games. The agreement will drive sales for Perry Ellis International at retail stores through use of Dolphins team and stadium logos, in-store displays and merchandising, and player and cheerleader appearances.
Beginning with the start of the Miami Dolphins regular season, the Cubavera logo will appear on one backlit panel permanent sign for all stadium events, including Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, FedEx Orange Bowl, and Monster Truck Jam events with a combined 2.5 million attendees each year. The sign is placed for optimal television camera view, and will be displayed for the Super Bowl in 2007. For all home games, PEI will also receive a jumbotron feature entitled, "What's in Dolphins Style."
The agreement gives Perry Ellis International the rights to place the Dolphins Stadium logo on PEI merchandise and stadium employee uniforms.
