Tiffany & Co., the internationally renowned jeweler, today announced plans to open a boutique in Dublin, Ireland, in fall 2008.
The approximately 120-square-meter (1,300-square-foot) boutique will be situated on the newly refurbished ground floor of Brown Thomas, Dublin's leading department store, located at 88-95 Grafton Street in the city's most desirable shopping area.
The boutique design features signature details of the jeweler's famous New York flagship store such as brushed stainless steel showcases and custom furnishings.
Included among the renowned TIFFANY & CO. collections are the jeweler's exquisite diamonds in engagement rings and jewels of ultimate glamour; fine and sterling silver jewelry; the celebrated designs of Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger and Frank Gehry; watches; accessories and gifts.
"Grafton Street has long been Dublin's major shopping destination and Brown Thomas its premier luxury department store," said Melvyn Kirtley, Group Vice President, Tiffany & Co. Europe.
"Our prominent location on the store's elegantly redesigned ground floor provides us with a gracious and welcoming environment for introducing customers to our heritage of product design and outstanding service for which Tiffany is known worldwide." he added.
