Luciano Canale, Santa Ephigenia's stylist, reaffirmed the brand's DNA with a sophisticated and classic collection on the catwalk.
In this 2009 summer collection, the brand bet on fluid dresses with stronger colors and hand-painted stripes on silk as well as delicate dresses and skirts in embroidered organza with pearl applications and mother-of-pearl buttons.
The highlight is the roses in organza applied to the tails and on dresses with prints of leaves, inspired by the Picnic in the Garden theme.
The shapes stood out with the movement of noble fabrics near the body with well-defined waists.
Other, more rigid constructions, like skirts in layers of ruffles, also highlighted the collection that began full of color and was then softened in hues of off-white and nude.
