Apparel collection for Spring 2006 - SJLangworthy
Chicago based, as the young clothing designer of SJLangworthy, Susan Langworthy draws on her artistic sensibilities to produce an unmistakably modern, feminine and wearable collection for Spring 2006. Her travels throughout Italy and India have greatly influenced the direction of the line which is embellished with exquisite hand-embroidery and styled with an Italian sense.

Tops, the core of the collection, have an enchanting and wistful feel featuring detailed embellishments and brilliant and exotic colors. Each garment is handcrafted to provide a uniqueness and distinctive feel, but always designed for comfort in mind. The result is a collection that is easy to combine and easy to wear.

Colors reflect Susan's love of sophisticated earth tones and brilliant iridescent which provide for an understated yet noticeably feminine look. The range and depth of the color palette is expressed in a variety of fabrications.

Susan creates fashion for a feminine woman with charisma and appreciation for comfort. She has unwaveringly adopted an independent and authentic signature. Her look is continually evolving to keep the collection contemporary but her design sensibility remains classic and elegant.

Supporting the marketing, financial end and design direction of the business, Rae Langworthy works closely with Susan in growing the company. Together, Susan and Rae are looking forward to establishing SJLangworthy as a uniquely distinguishable collectionwith an international presence.
