Taipei is organizing lot of events on international level these days, in order to attract overseas investors. A group of Chinese entrepreneurs had visited the city recently to venture into new business deals that aim to further boost the economy of Taiwan.

In addition to this, the Government is also planning to hold an opulent fashion week in the month of September this year. The event will encourage the domestic designers to showcase their creative collections, in front of global spectators. Along with local talent, international designers will also grace the occasion and display their exclusive garments.

Experts believe that, this show will not only encourage the young and upcoming designers, but will also promote the fashion industry on a larger scale, that is still at a nascent stage.

At present, fashion is considered as one of the most flourishing a sector in the world, having lot of potential and can play a vital role in bringing Taipei at par with the global standards.
