Iconix Brand Group Inc announced that David Conn, Executive Vice President (EVP), will be leaving the Company. Conn's employment agreement expired earlier this year.
"David has been a valued member of our senior management team and we thank him for his significant contributions to Iconix over the past several years. During his tenure at Iconix, the Company has grown tremendously and David has played an important role in that success," said Neil Cole, Chief Executive Officer of Iconix. Conn will transition his responsibilities over the next several months while serving in a non-executive capacity.
David Conn stated, "I am proud to have been associated with Iconix and continue to believe in its great potential. I have reached a point in my career where I have the unique opportunity to pursue new challenges and I am looking forward to doing so."
