Nexia Holdings Inc reported that Style Perfect Inc, a Nexia subsidiary that operates the Black Chandelier fashion line, anticipates receiving over 2,000 pieces of clothing. The clothing includes knitted tops, skirts, jackets, knitted coats, and denim coats.

The inventory should be available for sale in our retail location and on our web site at blackchandelier.com. The total retail value of this new inventory is expected to be about $245,000. The products will be available just as our full page ad in Teen Impact Magazine hits classrooms across the country.

The volume of products that will be on hand will be sufficient to sell a portion of these garments as "immediates," if the Company chooses to do so. Having products on hand to be able to sell to retailers "immediately" could be key in ramping revenues for Black Chandelier based upon a recent article in California Apparel News entitled "Immediates Key at Slow Holiday Market."

Mr. Richard Surber, CEO of Nexia, commented, "I am very hopeful that Jared Gold's reality TV series tour will provide additional exposure for himself, as well as for the Black Chandelier product. This product will be available for Gold to sell while he is on the road."

All of the high quality clothing items are coming from an India production facility and will bear the design imprints of Jared Gold and/or Daniel Nappi, designers for Black Chandelier.
