Kidrobot, the world's premier creator and retailer of limited edition art toys, apparel and accessories will open its first-ever Chicago based pirate store in early October.

Located at 1573 North Milwaukee Ave, at the cross street of Damon Ave, this stand-alone storefront will feature 1,100 square feet of vinyl art toys, apparel, jewelry and accessories.

After capturing the hearts of both the young and old in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami; Kidrobot is intent on leaving an indelible mark on the thriving Chicago market.

Celebrated for their diverse collection of collaborative styles with famous pop and graffiti artists, Kidrobot will showcase both their limited edition apparel and infinitely rich array of toys from the talents of artists including Huck Gee, Frank Kozik and eBoy at their Chicago location.

Kidrobot CEO Cynthia Roe had this to say about the venture, "We are very excited to open a Kidrobot store in Chicago's Wicker Park/Bucktown area for the holiday season. Chicago is an important city to Kidrobot's retail strategy, and has already been unwaveringly supportive of the brand."

The Kidrobot Chicago pirate store will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday October 4th and will remain in business through December. Stay tuned for various surprise signings and events, as Kidrobot-starved Chicagoans will have to move fast to get in on the action.
