Cherokee Inc released photos from the recent launch of its Cherokee Brand in Peru with Falabella's Tottus Stores.

Mark Nawrocki, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Cherokee Brand Development, said: "We are proud of our recent launch in Peru as we continue to execute our 'world brand' strategy.”

“With our partners covering over 30 countries around the world, Cherokee has become one of the fastest growing family lifestyle brands internationally. While we continue to build our brand with our existing partners, we look forward to our upcoming launches over the next 12 months in Spain with Grupo Eroski, and in the Middle East with Geant, a division of Al Hokair."

Larry Sass, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Business Development, added: "We are pleased with the progress we are making with our 'World Branding' strategies as our international retail sales of Cherokee have now eclipsed $1.0 billion per annum. While we will continue to aggressively pursue partnerships throughout Western Europe and Russia, we will now put additional focus on building our brand presence throughout Asia as well."

"We believe we can develop several new partnerships over the next 12 to 24 months. In addition, we will begin to expand our brand representations to capitalize on international opportunities as well."
