Istituti Callegari Mumbai encourages Fashion Talent

Istituti Callegari, a renowned Italian Brand is just the opportunity for students to study the elements that determine the importance of Fashion, Interiors & its history. Istituti Callegari Milano Mumbai were the mega sponsors of intercollegiate fashion events held at N.M. College fest finale titled 'Rotofest 2008' and K.J. Somaiya college of Arts & Commerce annual fete titled 'Ehsaas-Ur Hunar Ko Udaan'.

Namrita Kabra, President of Istituti Callegari Mumbai says, 'Fashion Industry is on the growth trajectory and it is very important to encourage budding talent. Everyone wants to be fashionable today. And youngsters have pronounced it more. Since youth is the future of our country it is crucial to encourage the talent latent in them'.

This year the Fashion show themes were 'Different Genres Of Music' and 'Corporate World' respectively. Adding to the excitement were tele-stars Manish Goel, Rajev Paul, Ali Hasan and Aditi Shirwaikar who graced the occasion as judges for the fashion show by Istituti Callegari Milano Mumbai.

The student participants were judged on the basis of creativity, technical knowledge of garments and textiles, commercial acumen and vision for the future. The aim behind such events is to provide avenues that will boost the creative talent.

Istituti Callegari Milano Mumbai will add another feather in its cap by stepping into a creative field of Animation & VFX. Admissions for 2009 batch are now on.
