Tandy Brands completes building of new management team

In a new position, Missy Lukens will head up strategy and business development activities at Tandy Brands. She most recently served as Director of Marketing for Lee Jeans, part of VF Corporation's Jeanswear Coalition. In all, she has more than 15 years' experience in strategy, marketing, branding and business development having also worked in senior positions at Pfizer and Frito-Lay.

Noel Phillips will be responsible for managing the relationship with Wal-Mart, Tandy Brands' largest retail partner. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Account Executive for Jones Jeanswear Group working on the Wal-Mart relationship. Prior to that, he was National Account Manager-Wal-Mart for VF Corporation's Jeanswear Coalition.

These executives join an already existing core of strong executive management talent including Rod McGeachy, President and Chief Executive Officer; Sean Aherne, President (Canadian division); Craig Mackey, Chief Financial Officer; and Rob McCarten, Senior Vice President, Sales.
