Swank Inc announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Style 365 LLC, a marketer of woman's fashion belts and accessories to many of the largest woman's specialty retailers in the United States. Swank, a leading distributor of men's jewelry and personal leather accessories under numerous licensed brands and private labels, will begin distributing women's belts this fall under a design and marketing partnership with Style 365.

This strategic alliance will combine Swank's supply chain management skills, extensive retail partnerships and licensing capabilities with Style 365's proven ability to create woman's fashion belts and accessories that appeal to a broad range of consumers. Elisa Grimaldi, Style 365's Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Jefferson, Style 365's President, will be based in offices and showrooms located at Swank's New York headquarters.

John Tulin, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Swank, said, "We could not be any happier with our new partnership with Style 365. Swank has long been the resource of choice for men's accessories. We've been actively seeking the right platform for our re-entry into the woman's fashion accessories market.

Style 365 provides that opportunity. We're confident that their creative talent and specialty chain expertise combined with our retail and licensing partnerships will create a formidable team enabling us to pursue a variety of attractive growth opportunities. Elisa and Nicole have proven their ability to develop exciting, trend right merchandise. Now, with their design and sales team under our umbrella, we look forward to becoming a strong player in the women's belt business."
