Obaku by Titan - Zen philosophy inspired watches

The smell of a flower, a secret joke or perhaps a walk in the rain. The simplest of things have an absurd way of giving the greatest of pleasures. The philosophy of simplicity combined with effortless beauty is what Titan Obaku stands for. Its very
essence of minimalism captures your mind and gives you a time to pause.

In a unique venture, Titan Watches, the 5th largest watch manufacturer in the world has collaborated with Danish designers to launch a beautiful collection 'OBAKU' from Titan. Obaku takes its name from a branch of Zen philosophy in Japan which believes in natural simplicity – in both thought and act.

The designers from Scandinavian countries have a long design tradition of functionality and simplicity of composition. The idea that there should be a sense of calm and balance in the items we use to adorn ourselves is what gave birth to the Obaku
collection. The Obaku Collection has inherited the best from both the cultures from the East and the West, and has blended the minimalism and simplicity found in both.

Speaking on the launch, glamourous Bollywood actress Ms. Chitrangada Singh said 'Using both a unique design and a keen sense of detail, the Obaku collection from Titan is perfect synthesis of simplicity and purity committed into bringing out a harmonious calm.'

The collection comprises a palette of soft and soothing colours, with uncluttered looks. The watches are made of superior quality materials like kevlar straps, crystallized mineral glass and lead-free environment friendly battery. The collection is targeted at the well heeled global Indian who has
a refined taste.

The collection is available at World of Titan showrooms, select
leading multi brand outlets and departmental stores across the top 8 cities in India.
