German exhibitors are participating for the first time under the brand name made in Germany at China Beauty Expo Shanghai, the main business hub for the beauty and body care industry in China.

Cosmetics and Toiletries made in Germany continue to mean high standards of quality and innovation.

The high quality cosmetics, fragrances and toiletries made in Germany are highly appreciated by the customers of more than 200 countries, and increasingly by Asian consumers.

In Asia, Japan has been the most important market to date for the German manufacturers of cosmetics, fragrances and toiletries, followed by South Korea and China.

Like "Eau de Cologne" invented about 210 years ago in the famous German town Cologne (Köln), well-known herbal extracts recipes or highly appreciated beauty and body care category brands were created in Germany. Brands made in Germany of the cosmetic, toiletry and perfumery industry are among the most valuable brands and with long tradition and world-wide excellent reputation for its innovation and product safety concepts.

Consequently, beauty and personal care products made in Germany are increasingly appreciated by the consumers in China. German exports of beauty and body care products are increasing every year significantly.

Further information about the German manufacturers and distributors represented at China Beauty Expo is available at the Information Booth of the GERMAN PAVILION hall W4 Shanghai New International Exhibition Center.
