GUESS Chairman to ring NYSE Opening Bell on August 31

Guess?, Inc. announced that the Company's Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder, Maurice Marciano, joined by members of its management team and partners, will preside over the NYSE Opening Bell on Tuesday, August 31, 2010. The event will also mark the worldwide launch of the alluring new fragrance for women, "GUESS Seductive."

The NYSE Opening Bell will be aired live at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time and can be viewed at NYSE.com and on the GUESS Magazine website as well as on CNBC, FOX Business and other networks.

Guess?, Inc. will be hosting an Investor Day following the NYSE Opening Bell. The Investor Day will include discussions by key-note speakers on the Company's corporate strategy and growth initiatives followed by a question-and-answer session. A live webcast of the event will be accessible at www.guess.com via the "Investor Relations" link. The webcast will be archived on the website for 30 days.
