Footwear etc. is excited to introduce the new Fall Collection from MBT Shoes. MBT Models for women include the Kipimo Clog, in black leather or chocolate suede, and the Sirima Mary Jane in black leather. These new models are more streamlined in appearance, yet still provide all the great benefits that MBT shoes provide.

MBT Men's models include the Kabisa, a great shoe that even looks appropriate with a suit, and the Tembea, a more casual oxford style. Also now available is the popular Fora and Kimondo styles now with a Gore-TEX waterproof lining just in time for winter.

MBT shoes provide a rolling motion, which has been shown to help alleviate back and joint pain, by creating natural instability. This instability mimics the feeling of walking on sand, which is very beneficial in terms of strengthening muscles and improving posture. People with plantar fasciitis particularly benefit since the rocker motion helps keep the Achilles tendon and plantar fascia stretched.

The patented Masai Sensor in the sole and integrated balancing area in the midsole produce a controlled, rolling motion with each step. Since this rolling motion makes you utilize different muscles than with conventional shoes, not only does it help stretch the muscles and tendons in your feet, it also helps tone muscles all through your body.

With the increased popularity of MBTs, unfortunately there have been unauthorized web sites offering so-called MBT shoes at dramatically reduced prices. Footwear etc. has heard from many customers who have had bad experiences ordering shoes from unauthorized sources.

District Manager Andrew Monarch cautions customers from ordering knock-off shoes from unauthorized companies. “If you can't talk to a human being, either in person on the phone about your shoes, you run the risk of being scammed. MBTs are an investment in your health; don't risk getting fake MBTs from some unauthorized source.”
