Neeta Lulla the well-known Indian fashion designer plans to open 8-10 exclusive brand outlets (EBO's) in the coming days.

Informing about her plans to fibre2fashion, she said, “We are planning to launch 8-10 EBO's on a pan-India basis but these stores will not showcase the prêt line”.

Neeta Lulla has designed clothing for over 375 films and has won the Presidents award for three films; Lamhe, Devdas and Jodha Akbar.

Neeta took to the Indian fashion industry by storm nearly two decades back and has never looked back since then.

She has recently unveiled her latest spring/summer collection of cocktail wear tunics and light weight saris, with a focus on tunics and prêt.

Neeta currently has a flagship store along with an e-commerce portal and her line is also available in another 11 shop-in-shops across India.

Providing more details she said, “We feel that the market for Indian luxury designer garments is at a very nascent stage and could be termed as a sunrise industry”.

“Currently only two cities in India can really be termed as luxury ready however in the next five years over 10 other cities are expected to come in this fold. We hope to increase our reach to these markets”, she added by saying.
