Bayshore Town Centre to receive new retail tenants

This spring three companies J Crew, Payless Shoe Source and Stride Rite have announced to open retail shops at the Bayshore Town Center.
J Crew's store will acquire 5,458 square feet on the west side of the town square. The apparel retailer now has 225 retail and outlet stores across the country, with several locations in Wisconsin.
Payless Shoe Source will operate a 1,765-square-foot store on the east side of the town square.
The footwear retailer Stride Rite Children's Group will operate a 3,067-square-foot children's footwear store south of the town square.
Bayshore town centre is redeveloped with a cost of $300 million and reopened in November 2006 as an open-air shopping center.
