Snowtex Sportswear Ltd achieved LEED PLATINUM certificate

Staff Correspondent (RMG Times)  Snowtex Sportswear Limited, another garment company of Snowtex Group, has achieved LEED PLATINUM Certificate under the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction.

Meeting all the requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council, the factory earned 82 lead points.

Snowtex has fulfilled the requirements of the LEED Green Building Rating System Certification established by the U.S. Green Building Council and Verified by Green Business Certification Inc.

Mahesh Ramanujam, President & CEO of USGBC and Green Buseiness Certification Inc. congratulated Snowtex Sportswear Ltd. through a letter on earning the LEED certificate.

In his letter, Mr. Mahesh said, “LEED certification identifies Snowtex Sportswear Ltd. as a showcase example of sustainability and demonstrates your leadership in transforming the building industry. In honor of your impressive achievement and in appreciation of your participation in LEED, we are pleased to present you with the certificate recognizing your accomplishment.”

Towards the end of 2019, the factory started its journey with the world’s most advanced technology based building, modern equipment, IT based technology and a bunch of young emerging employees of universities. Just within two years, it has been able to attract world-class buyers.
