Executive changes at Victoria's Secret Direct

Victoria's Secret Direct, the internet and catalogue division of Victoria's Secret and a subsidiary of Limited Brands, Inc, announced that Pia Ferrario, chief executive officer of Victoria's Secret Direct, will remain in her role as chief executive officer through holiday and then transition into an advisory role with the company. Bridget Ryan-Berman, former chief executive officer of Giorgio Armani Corp., will join Victoria's Secret Direct as its chief executive officer.

"With her vision and leadership, Pia has been instrumental in the success of our direct business," said Leslie H. Wexner, chairman and chief executive officer of Limited Brands. "We celebrate her 23 years with the business and look forward to her continued contributions as a consultant to our overall Victoria's Secret business."

Ferrario joined Limited Brands in 1989 and was named chief executive officer of Victoria's Secret Direct in 2007.

"I am confident that we will continue to build on our dominant e-commerce position under Bridget's leadership," said Sharen Jester Turney, president and chief executive officer of Victoria's Secret. "Her impressive career as a merchant leader for some of the world's most successful and respected brands will translate well for our team and our customers."

Prior to her career at Armani, Ryan-Berman was chief operating officer of Apple's retail division; served in a variety of leadership roles with Ralph Lauren including group president of global retail; and founded and is a director of the global non-profit miraclefeet.

Victoria's Secret is the leading specialty retailer of lingerie, apparel and beauty products, dominating its field with modern fashion-inspired collections, prestige fragrances and cosmetics, celebrated supermodels and world-famous runway shows.
