Underwear manufacturer Agent Provocateur fined

Birmingham City Council accused Agent Provocateur for poster advertising 'greatest lingerie show on earth' around the city.
Company has also been fined £1,000 after pleading guilty to five offences of illegal fly posting.
Birmingham City Council alleged that company has acted irresponsibly by advertising on cable boxes, car park hoardings and empty properties.
On the other hand Joseph Corre, co-owner of Agent Provocateur demanded to revise laws related to billboards and flyposting and identified legitimate billboards as illegal.
Such hoardings downgrade city's appearance and leave negative impact on spirit and reputation of particular area, Neil Eustace, Chairman of the Council stated.
