Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel T. Carter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the 9th Annual ICR XChange Conference on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 2:45 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California.

The presentation will also be available via live webcast. A link to the webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website.

The webcast replay will be available approximately one hour after the webcast presentation ends and will be accessible for 30 days following the conference.
